Rates for daily studio rentals start at $75 per hour with a minimum of two hours.

Events with more than 8 people or full day rentals start at $350.

Rates are subject to change and depend on availability or number of people.

Additional cleaning fees may apply.

The Shore House can accommodate 8 — 12 people for daily rentals, depending on the event.

For seated events, like a workshop, we recommend no more than 8 people. There are six seats available at the dining room table and two seats available in the kitchen.

For standing events, like intimate events, art exhibits or meetings, we don’t allow more than 12 people in the space at one time.

On available days, the Shore House is open to daily rentals from 8am — 6pm.

The Shore House is open to daily rentals from Monday to Thursday.

Exceptions can made for weekends but minimum booking requirements may apply.

Guests will have full access to the entire space and property, including:

• Full access to the entire home

• Full access to the outdoor patio

• Full access to the property and private ocean access

There are a few rules and guidelines that we expect guests to adhere to:

• No shoes (unless for styled photoshoots)

• No smoking

• No pets
